Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have become a vital factor for national competitiveness and firms and companies, and the world is increasingly moving towards a knowledge-based economy. Innovation and technological changes are strongly influenced by the country/place where they occur. The main purpose of this study is to present the framework of SME innovation strategy with the approach of the fourth generation industry in Iran, which has been done using the GT method i.e a blend of qualitative and quantitative methods. The research population includes small and medium businesses and industrial townships in Tehran. The method of data collection in the qualitative part is the interview and in the quantitative part a questionnaire. The findings show that the innovation strategy framework in SME in the fourth industrial revolution is one of the causal factors with 5 components including small and medium businesses, organization maturity model, digitization, rules and regulations and innovation strategy. The results consist of 8 sub-components, which can be enumerated as market development, increasing exports, increasing productivity, creating added value, improving financial credits, training work managers, entrepreneurship and finally creating employment. The results show that the program factors have an effect on the facilitating factors; the causal factors on the innovation framework; the informational factors on the obstacles; supervisory and control factors on facilitating factors; barriers on the innovation framework; ; Financial resources have an effect on obstacles, consequences on innovation framework and structural factors on obstacles in small and medium enterprises. In our country, despite the fact that more than 59% of all production units are included in the EMS small and medium industries group, these companies have not gained a significant share in the national gross product and creating added value and are suffering from severe shortages. While small and medium-sized companies can move away from the traditional focus on the product and take steps in the development of product innovation by using the fourth generation industry and new technology, creating a strategy and coming up with new products and services will create more added value; The formulation of the strategy for any organization calls for an innovative point of view .

Purpose: Despite the widespread diffusion and interest aroused by content marketing, little attention has been paid until this moment to building a framework that presents the main currents and studies of the field. Hence, the main aim of this study was to cover this gap by analyzing bibliographic information as complementary sources and enable a wider understanding and grasp of the content marketing field.Method: For this purpose, a bibliometric study of the publications indexed in Web of Science (WoS) between 1985-2022 was conducted. The search process used in this review was informed by PRISMA guidelines. During the search process, a set of 371 documents (research and review articles) were obtained. Also, the bibliometrix R-package and VOSviewer software were used for quantitative analysis and visualizing bibliometric networks.Findings: The descriptive statistics showed that content marketing studies have rapidly grown since 2011. The US and Spain are the countries with the most publications of the field. The most prominent journal concerning content marketing research is Brand Journalism (with 11 articles), and the most prolific author is Bull A (with 11 articles). The results of the thematic analysis showed that ‘digital marketing’ and ‘brand storytelling’ are emerging themes and have replaced ‘content marketing’. The co-word analysis of author’s keywords defines 8 clusters: 1) platforms and techniques 2) content marketing concepts, 3) influencer marketing and advertising, 4) digital and social media marketing, 5) brand management and brand storytelling, 6) brand journalism, 7) private and native media, and 8) corporate and public communication. Conclusion: Simultaneously with the development of content creation platforms, these platforms have been welcomed in the field of content marketing. Content preparation has undergone changes in recent years. The style of information content based on news and specialized knowledge has shifted its focus to storytelling and narrative messages from the brand. This paper introduces the main areas of interest and possible gaps. It also contributes to the body of knowledge by providing a comprehensive overview of content marketing literature.

Purpose: The spread of consumption in this day and age has gone so far that today it is considered an indicator of lifestyle and even some find modern life without consumption meaningless and unthinkable. In this regard, since the consumption of smuggled cosmetics in West Azerbaijan province has an increasing trend, so in this study, the communicative and social determinants and factors affecting the consumption of smuggled cosmetics in West Azerbaijan province are investigated.Method: The research method is an applied type as regards purpose and has been carried out using a survey method. The statistical population includes citizens over 15 in West Azerbaijan province, 674 of whom have been selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire and research variables are above 0.7, which indicates the acceptable reliability of the variables. Statistical data analysis was done using SPSS and Lisrel software.Findings: The findings showed that the consumption of smuggled cosmetics and toiletry products is more than average among the respondents and the use of domestic media is less than average and the use of foreign and virtual media is above average. The results of explanatory analyses in the quantitative phase of the research showed the variables of gender (in favor of women), socio-economic status (in a positive direction), rate of using internal media (in a negative direction), rate of using external media (in a positive direction), The use of virtual media (in a positive direction), health literacy (in a negative direction) and tendency towards differentiation (in a positive direction) have a significant impact on the consumption of smuggled cosmetics and toiletries. It is explained that the impact of foreign and virtual media is greater than other variables. Conclusion: As a result of lack of content management and inaccuracy in advertising in the virtual sector and social media, the possibility of emergence and escalation of social issues and all kinds of deviant trends related to consumerism in the field of cosmetics and toiletry products increases. Also, domestic mass media can be effective in reducing the consumption of cosmetics by not broadcasting commercial advertisements at intervals.

Purpose: This study extends the current understanding of customer engagement by examining the impact of relationship bonding and relationship quality on customer engagement in value creation for online taxis.Method: A quantitative research design was used to validate the hypotheses proposed in this research. Customer engagement has become an important metric for measuring the quality of relationships between brands and their customers. Despite this, there has been limited research into how relationship bonds affect the effectiveness of building such a relationship in online taxi services. A survey was conducted using the convenience method among 600 users of online transportation services in the city of Urmia, Iran to test the theoretical model. Structural equation modelling in software Amos 23 were used in this study to test the research hypotheses. Findings: Findings showed that relationship bonding (financial, social, and structural) positively affects the quality of online relationships. Moreover, it was found that the quality of online relationships had a positive impact on all four aspects of customer engagement value (lifetime value, influence value, customer knowledge value, and customer referral value). Conclusion: In order to demonstrate the promotion of customer engagement through relationship bonds and online relationship quality, the study adds new data to the literature on online taxis services. Online taxi services are able to offer open innovation structures to help them increase customer engagement, gather innovative ideas and integrate them into their operations. In this regard, in order to enrich ideas, customers who have successfully come up with new ideas should be rewarded.

Purpose: This research aimed to identify some of the existing financial frictions in the Iran's digital economy. In particular, based on cases taken from digital and knowledge-based companies, it empirically investigated the importance of the role of base volume in the liquidity of those companies' stocks in Tehran Stock Exchange.Method: To evaluate the empirical implications of applying the base volume in daily stock market practice, retrospectively a quantitative estimate of the base volume was implied by the economic model within the rules imposed by the market regulator via MATLAB software programming. Then, using the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM), the effects of the estimated base volume, percentage of free-floating share, securities turnover, and the ratio of transaction volume to base volume on Amihud index were econometrically studied for the selected companies during the period 2015-2020.Findings: The findings indicate that the applying base volume on the selected digital and knowledge-based companies has had a negative effect on the calculation of the final price and on the liquidity of studied knowledge-based companies. Also, the results of using the machine learning method (decision tree) showed a importance coefficient of 32.6% for the base volume on the Amihud index of the selected companies. Conclusion: Our results suggest that base volume as an idiosyncratic financial friction induced by Iranian stock market regulator has aggravated the illiquidity of studied digital and knowledge-based companies and thereby could have raised the financing costs for those companies. This would ultimately impede those companies’ growth prospect.

Purpose: Accurate scientific evaluation of researchers by ResearchGate network is still ambiguous. This systematic study seeks to shed some light on this issue. Methods: The study was conducted with a systematic review of the previous studies (articles or reports). The analysis of documents was performed with a targeted keyword search in the reputable Google Scholar, Emerald, and PubMed databases (without limit). Titles and abstracts (if necessary, full texts) of the number of 582 documents (Persian, English, and Spanish) were retrieved (1-10 April 2021) and studied. Then, by removing duplicate or irrelevant data, 57 independent studies were selected for meeting the main research problem of this systematic review (using the PRISMA statement). For drawing diagrams, Excel software was used.Findings: Among 57 previous independent studies retrieved by systematic review, 30 ones, had a negative attitude towards the ResearchGate. 27 studies saw with positive approach from standpoint the concepts of "authentic measuring instrument", " presence of prominent scientists such as Nobel Prize recipients", "valid scientific content", and "having a significant relationship with the academic ranking criteria", and "compliance with the Hirsch indicator", that was identified by documentary analysis based on PRISMA statement. Studies with a positive assessment of the ResearchGate dealt with developing countries, and with a small investigated research community. Therefore, it is appropriate to act cautiously when evaluating researchers with the ResearchGate network.Originality: No similar systematic review to evaluate the ResearchGate network from the standpoint of a scientific suitable evaluation tool, has been done so far.

Purpose: This research aims to design and explain the process model of content marketing with the approach of strengthening the customers' purchase intention in the field of Keshavarzi bank services.Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose, exploratory in terms of approach, and mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of data analysis. In the qualitative phase, a group of experts was considered as the statistical population including senior managers of the Keshavarzi Bank, university professors in the field of marketing, and marketing consultants familiar with the banking industry. In this phase, using a targeted non-probability sampling method, 11 experts were selected and interviewed in depth. In the quantitative phase, the customers of the Keshavarzi bank in Ahvaz were considered as the population, and out of them, 400 people were selected as a statistical sample based on the available random sampling method. The main tool of data collection in the qualitative phase was in-depth and unstructured interviews with experts. In the quantitative phase, a closed and researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 42 items was used as the main tool for data collection. In the qualitative phase, the data from the questionnaire was analyzed based on the grounded theory method (open, central, and selective coding). Content validity and reliability were obtained with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.7. In the quantitative phase, SPSS and LISREL software were used to perform descriptive and inferential analyses.Findings: The findings showed that the content marketing process model included 14 categories including causal factors (emphasis on ethics in the design of advertising message; emphasis of advertising message on competitive advantages; persuasive power of advertising message; the power of advertising message to create needs in the customer), contextual and environmental factors (adjustment of the message with the culture of the society; the general inclination of the society to use social media), the main category (attracting the customer's attention to the content of the promotional message and the services of the Keshavarzi bank), Intervening factors (use of specialized media to spread advertising messages; following the example of world-class banks in digital content production), strategic factors (stimulating customers to pass the promotional message by word of mouth; systematic and viral dissemination of the promotional message through digital social media), the consequences (increasing the intention to purchase the services of the Keshavarzi bank; strengthening the brand of the Keshavarzi bank; increasing loyalty to the Keshavarzi bank). Conclusion: The results of the research led to the design of a content marketing process model with the approach of strengthening the purchase intention of customers in the field of Keshavarzi bank services (based on the structure of the paradigm model). The hypothesized relationships of the model were tested and verified in a large community.

This article examined the organizational ambidexterity model for digital innovation in the banking industry and explained the dimensions of the ambidexterity model in this organization. Regarding intense competition and rapid changes and variations in products, processes, and technologies in today's world, organizations and managers must be ambidextrous to remain successful over time; Ambidexterity means the ability to simultaneously succeed in two contradictory abilities, for example, ambidexterity such as taking advantage of present opportunities, and discovering and creating new opportunities for the future, adaptation, alignment, flexibility, and efficiency. But the key questions are “what are the dimensions and components of organizational ambiguity?”, and “What is the current and favorable situation of Saderat Bank of Iran in this regard? Orienting an organization as an integrated set in order to reach ambidexterity and sustain it requires a set of causal, contextual, interventional, and strategic factors which ultimately lead to the consequences of organizational ambiguity. This study identified the dimensions and components of organizational ambidexterity through reviewing the literature on organizational ambidexterity as well as interviewing an expert group and analyzing their viewpoints. Then, by distributing a researcher-made questionnaire and statistical analysis, it examined the research pattern in the current and desirable situation of the organization.

Purpose: With the increase of problems and the complexity of organizations, the need to provide better solutions and use more powerful tools of strategic planning is evident because managers with strategic thinking and a better understanding of the strategic plan will perform more effectively. It can be said that strategic thinking is considered as a supplement to strategic planning, a suitable approach to "leadership" of the organization and can help in systematically dealing with problems, understanding opportunities, optimal allocation of scarce resources and achieving the desired results. In view of this importance, the current research aims to design a strategic thinking competence assessment model with the approach of developing organizational flexibility in National Gas Company of Iran.Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and was done with qualitative approach based on grounded theory method. Sampling of the research was done using snowball method (chain reference). For this purpose, qualitative data was collected, which led to the identification of many aspects of the phenomenon and the possibility of developing a conceptual research model. The data collection method is library studies, perusal of high-level documents, and in-depth and open interviews. The statistical population of this research consisted of specialists and experts in the field of management and strategic thinking, of whom 12 people were investigated. In the process of conducting this research, the interviews continued until theoretical saturation was observed.Findings: The findings showed that six main categories are effective on the evaluation of strategic thinking with an organizational flexibility approach, which are: foresight, strategic determination, systemic attitude, innovation and creativity. The results show that the validity of the model is confirmed and the six obvious variables (six dimensions) explain the latent variables of strategic thinking competency assessment. According to the direction of all the relations between the manifest variables and the latent ones, , all the relations are aligned and direct. Conclusion: According to the amount of standardized factor loadings, the dimension "Foresight (AN)", with a factor loading of 0.88, is the most reliable indicator belonging to evaluation measurement.

Purpose: The field of providing information and the method of publishing information has permanently been subject to modification and alteration, and as we know, with the introduction of computer technology in the field of librarianship and the change in the way of providing services, the imperative task of information dissemination has been reserved for librarians. The dissemination of information technology into the education system has led to the emergence of a new concept called e-learning. The task of libraries is to provide infrastructures for information retrieval through the production of integration, organization, and distribution of knowledge. The methods that libraries employ for e-learning include learning collections, tools, and facilities necessary for studying, improving the quality of reference services, and ensuring universal access to books. Therefore, this research aims to identify the factors influencing e-learning in information retrieval.Method: This current research is developmental was conducted using a qualitative approach and grounded theory. The population of the study consisted of 20 experts in the field of information technology in public libraries across the country, who were selected through purposive non-probability sampling. Data were collected through interviews and analyzed through three stages of open, axial, and selective coding, based on which the research model was designed.Findings: The findings showed that e-learning in information retrieval contains of six main dimensions, 45 sub-dimensions, and 85 concepts, which are presented in a paradigm model including causal factors (quality of e-learning website design, quality of education in e-learning environments, employees' enthusiasm for developing knowledge capabilities, employees' belief in continuous training), contextual factors (suitable technical equipment (hardware, software, and network), availability of necessary infrastructure, high accessibility, periodic purchase of required equipment, ease of learning and simplicity of teaching platforms (instructors)), interveners (competence of instructors in course delivery, course development based on indigenous data, organizational culture and atmosphere), central factors (strategies for enhancing the quality of e-learning in information retrieval, processes for improving the quality of e-learning in information retrieval, infrastructures for improving the quality of e-learning in information retrieval), strategic factors (existence of an appropriate incentive system for promoting knowledge sharing (systemic strategy), security of software used (educational approach), efficient support and feedback mechanisms (responsiveness strategy)), and consequences (consistency of goals and plans, adequate understanding of e-learning, formulation of standards, capability in information retrieval). Conclusion: Based on the dimensions, main factors, and sub-factors, the impacts of e-learning in information retrieval can be measured and managed in the studied community.
